Sticker campaign by HDFC Bank

HDFC Bank initiated a public awareness campaign to paste stickers, targeting commuters of public transport, offering guidance on preventing risks due to the prevailing security condition of the country. This was commenced to paste 75,000 stickers on the busses in all the provinces in the country with the collaboration of Sri Lanka Transport Board, National Transport Commission and the Road Passenger Transport Authority. The stickers are in Sinhala and Tamil languages with the important massages on safety & security and emergency telephone numbers.

The stickers were officially handed over to the Chairman of Western Province Road Passenger Transport Authority Mr.Thusitha Kularathna, Chairman of Sri Lanka Transport Board Mr. Upali Marasinghe and the Chairman of National Transport Commission Mr. Janaka Mallimarachchi by the AGM (Business Development & Marketing) Mrs.Himali Gunathilake & Manager (Mobile Banking and Head of Deposits) Mr.Kamal Perera. This is one of the many CSR initiatives organized by the HDFC Bank of Sri Lanka.

HDFC Bank head office staff volunteers actively participated in the campaign carried out at Gunasinghepura Private Bus Stand and Pettah Central Bus Stand, to paste stickers inside the buses.
