HDFC Bank opened it’s newest branch in Jaffna bringing the convenience of banking and offering a range of products and services on 6th March 13, 2012. Chairperson Mrs. Siromi Wickramasinghe was the chief guest and ceremonially opened the branch in the presence of HDFC  Bank Acting CEO/GM Mr.S.Dissanayake, Chief Internal Auditor Mr. A.J. Atukorala, Assistant General Manager (Recoveries) Mr. M. Y. Piyasena, Chief Manager (Business Development & Marketing) Mrs. H.S.Gunathilake, Jaffna branch Manager Mr. S.Sritharan , members of the staff and  other distinguished guests.

 Expressing views at the event Mrs. Wickramasinghe mentioned that the Bank looks forward to contribute to the Government’s nation building activities by providing an exceptional service that will truly benefit the people in the area, in their need of housing.

 The new branch located at no.127, K.K.S.road, Jaffna will offer a range of services including housing loans and attractive savings and fixed deposit schemes to the people of the Northern Province.
